I think as a whole I had perfected the Athlete4Life Wordsmith model.
Very minor tweaking. As a whole, I say I had reached the Bliss Point of my life.
What is interesting for me to observe is it doesn't require much money. As a matter of fact, I spend less when I have more time for myself.
That shows that all the while spending money is not really a necessity but a form of mental conditioning.
For example, if I have enough sleep and I exercise, I can sustain on OMAD. Therefore when I am healthy, I don't need to spend a lot to enjoy my life.
Because we have an unhealthy life, we need to depend on money for gratification. Actually, if we find gratification through a quality life, our need for money is very minimal.
Just like kids who are physically active. They don't need a lot of money to get by. They are their own resources, not the money. That's why kids can be happy without having to spend a lot of money.
It is a sad case if we need money to make ourselves happy. I discovered that my best source of happiness is writing. Next is exercising. Then comes listening to music.
These things require the minimal need of money. What matters are imagination, enthusiasm, a positive mind, and a healthy body.
The real key differentiator is the ability to eat OMAD. It is so liberating in so many ways.
My life is no longer controlled by the food I eat, especially when comes to eating sugar.
I am becoming the master of my body again through OMAD.
------------------------------------------------
Now suppose I want to be totally happy. What do I need to have? Based on past experience, I say a healthy mind and a healthy body.
Therefore our focus is to pursue health because ultimately our health is our wealth.
Forget about what you know about success. You are not successful until you have total control of your time.
Time is the essence here. Not things. It's not about places either. The journey is within. Once you uncover the inner landscape, then whatever you want you can always Google. Sure it's not the real thing. However, we are talking Bliss Point; minimum cost maximum return.
Really Sarah, none matters except health and happiness. Sure, there are many ways to get there. I am interested in the shortest possible route without compromising on quality.
Thus, the Bliss Point takes time and resources into account. Seldom do we have unlimited of everything. The most common commodity is TIME. If you can have quality time without spending your resources, then you are a very rich person!
It's like saying you have a free pass to travel anywhere you want to go. In this case, you have a pass to travel into the future without having to pay with your present.
Well, you can do that provided you have a lot of *cas[e] (cash) or you have plenty of time. Very seldom do you have plenty of both. What I want to emphasize here is a cash-affluent person and a time-affluent person are both rich! So take your pick. Either you have a lot of money or you have a lot of time.
* Really?
If I have to choose, I choose to have a lot of time. I had been in both situations. I say time is more valuable than money.
So unless you can trade your time with a lot of money, I suggest keep your time for yourself and use it to attain Personal Bliss.
I give a simple example. Can you beat the joy of doing what you enjoy doing without you having to fork a single cent? All you need to do is burn away your time. Even then the ashes become the fertilizer to nourish your day.
I want you to think carefully Sarah, you have the same 24 hours as Bill Gates. Suppose you spend 16 hours on bliss and he spends the same amount on torment, who is richer considering it is a zero-sum game?
Even if both of you spend the same amount on attaining bliss that doesn't mean that you are equally happy. Depending on each person's level of gratitude and contentment, either one can surpass the other in terms of happiness.
