It is a great day. I woke up slightly past 7:00 am. No more pain on the right knee. I did the 6 kg Dumbbell Complex without much hassle.
The Nutritional Yeast is really a miracle food. My mood is fantastic. I managed to sleep for 20 minutes in the afternoon of what seemed like an hour.
24/7 Continuous is very stable. I also managed to catch up with the Rio Olympics Men's Marathon. Everything went on well today.
Since things were right today, I decided to relook at my resolution to become an Athlete4Life Wordsmith.
Definitely, I'll sleep at 9:30 pm. I intend to do everything according to plan this week. Last week was a letdown because of the sore knee.
Now that I am equipped with the Nutritional Yeast, I plan to continue with my plan to do OMAD LCHF for the next 2 weeks in order for me to be fat-adapted. This is for me to be ready for my birthday. At least by then, I had already follow-through with my Athlete4Life routine INCLUDING the OMAD LCHF, and following the 7-day regimentation. training plan
No need to be ambitious. Just comply with the training plan through the remaining 2 weeks of August. Then perhaps on my birthday, I do something nice and pleasant. Maybe I'll do an 11 km Hill Walk. Let's flag off with a modest ambition.
Most importantly is to be CONSISTENT. It is better to make small consistent progress than to fizzle along the way.
This is no time to be ambitious. I just have to persist and persevere. I did it for the first 6 months. Now is to reel the net for the remaining 4 1/2 months. I need to make 2021 my best year ever.
I need to progress from strength to strength.
