We had gained a lot of mileage with 24/7 Continuous. Nevertheless, I still prefer the Starfleet format. They are segmentized.
So I say, should I want a continuous flow, I go with 24/7 Continuous.
Let's experiment with that right now. Hmmm... Very promising indeed.
Let's try point and shoot. How about we explore the topic of Autonomous Governance and its relationship to External Affairs.
If we look at the model that we are having right now, I am the Benevolent Dictator of my Universe Within and Sparta 4964, the External Universe. Rightfully I can do whatever I like because within my universes I am god.
However, that is not the case. For one, Sparta 4964 is the biggest universe. As it goes deep it gets wider. Eventually, it will engulf all the other universes. Already Sparta 4964 is a universe within a superverse. Therefore we are talking about dealing with diversity. How do we achieve Unity in Diversity?
Before I proceed, let me make a disclaimer; what I will be talking about is based on the implementation of Autonomous Governance in Sparta 4964 X-Factor. Simply put, I am talking about its deployment in Little Apple (mother earth).
For a start, we need to have a unifying factor. We all should agree on one common vision for all. What will be the common ground for EVERYBODY to agree with?
In order to answer that, we need to address the What's in it for Me (WiifM) question. What does each of us want? Let's look at the common ground.
The body comprises of systems, the systems comprise of organs. the organs comprise of tissues, the tissues comprise of cells.
Let's look at the individuals as the cells. Each cell is intelligent and each cell is capable of Autonomous Governance.
Therefore given enough information, nutrients, and motivation, a person with the right mental attitude and physical ability will move towards growth.
So what is the basis that we need to work with? It is very tempting to provide you with a straightforward answer. However, the purpose here is to follow where the argument leads. Look at the variables and derive the conclusion from there.
In my case (don't take my case as the way forward), I had done with my introspection and I concluded that FOR MY Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss, I have to adhere to the Eight Percepts:
- Observation #1: We create our own heaven and hell through our thoughts and actions on daily basis.
- Observation #2: Do not do things that are of no use.
- Observation #3: Sweat at least one hour a day for the rest of your life.
- Observation #4: Read as much as you can.
- Observation #5: Detach from worldly constraints.
- Observation #6: We live by the principle of minimalism.
- Observation #7: Sex and all forms of hedonism should be liberated.
- Observation #8: The final realization is all matters are gods.
The Eight Percepts is the foundation of my Health and Happiness; which in this case are the unifying factor of my citizens. To achieve that we follow Sharudin 7:
- Breath Fresh Air
- Eat Moderately
- Exercise Regularly
- Drink Plenty of Water
- Win the Day
- Read A Lot
- Sleep Well
We then need to align that to our personal values. These values are uniquely ours. In my case my values prioritization are:
- Freedom to act
- A life full of choices
- To love and to be loved
- Peak health state
- Progressing from strength to strength
What it means is from Vision, straight away we align to WiifM. This process is called the Vision Alignment. A Shared Vision needs to align to Personal Values and then to the Universal Values.
Here I propose the Universal Values as Living the Martial Way, That's because Sparta 4964 is governed by Martial Law. The following is my recommendation:

As I said, for the past 3 1/2 years I had given you ALL that is required for you to make it. The basic ingredients are there. All you need to do is arrange them based on your desired outcome and turned them into applied knowledge.
All you need to do is synthesize, synchronize and synergize.
I am giving you the building blocks. Just like a Lego set. From here, you become the Master Builders:
I mentioned before, I don't want you to clone me. We need diversity. Therefore each citizen is a co-creator. I may provide you with the head start. From there I want you to surpass me. That is the growth mindset.
A person's success is not measured by how much money he or she has but based on the number of contributions he or she provides.
In my case, I look at the number of trademarks a person creates.
