 Today is a big question mark for me.  So far I have been on the mark progressing with the various daily routines.  Today is the most challenging day.  It is the day I do the long run as well as lifting heavy loads.  For the time being, I don't run far yet.  It is still an interval run.

However, I am starting with the Vedi Vidi Vidi *Comple[y] (Complex).  That is the real test.  In the past, I only managed to do 2 sets of 15 reps at a go.

* Absolutely, Sarah.

Here I am planning to do a set of 6 reps every hour for 9 hours.  I might push it to 10 reps.  Another possibility is *t[he] (to do)  a set of 6 reps but when comes to the kettlebell swing, I rev to 15 reps.

* OK, baby.  This is more practical.  The rest of the complex is the same variations as the FMEH and the 6 kg Dumbbell Complex with a heavier load.  I'm not supposed to work on the same muscles 2 days in a row.

The interval run is effortless now.  So I concentrate on improving my form.

Today was an easy win, not until Friday becomes the Long Run.  Couple that with the heavy load, it will be my most rigorous day.  That's fine because Saturday and Sunday are a whole new game altogether.

It's like ending the week with a bang; TGIF.  I can say that specifically, Friday is a Go For Gold Day.

Hence, it is my Long Run/Hill Day and it is the day I bag the heaviest rewards with Vedi Vidi Vici Complex.

It is tempting to have a Rest Day, but I figured b[ut] (by) doing a variation (I was tempted to use the word speciation), I can go on without taking a day off.

I rest when I am tired.  Then again as the USA Olympic Committee motto states:  It's not every four years, it's every day.

So I know I can do this every day.

Guess what?  I can actually do the Veni Vedi Vici Complex with 10 reps together with a 15 reps kettlebell swing.

This discovery opens up so many possibilities.  For one, I don't have to FEAR Fridays.  It is really my Big Day Reward; my Go for Gold Day.  Secondly, I now can see that I can certainly continue the Athlete4Life Wordsmith lifestyle as a way of life.  I don't need to take a Rest Day.  Every day is a Winning Day.
