In other words, I just follow my Inner Master.
Now that voice is telling me to forgo dependencies and concentrate on Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss.
Thus, to be healthy and happy, I just pursue my Personal Flightpath.
That is on becoming the Athlete4Life Wordsmith.
This life is meant to be lived. That means I need to do things that make me healthy and happy.
If I do that, I can stay on my Personal Flightpath without having to think about relying on others.
The only thing I need from others is for me to continue feeding myself.
If I can reduce my food intake, then I can minimize being dependent on others as well.
In this case, health and happiness is a personal responsibility.
-----------------------------------------------
Rather tha[t] (than) looking elsewhere for satisfaction, I decided to just live within my 5 km radius to achieve contentment.
It will be the smallest and simplest arrangement that works.
That way I don't need to go beyond what is necessary to be healthy and happy.
Having that in mind, all I need is a sound mind in a sound body.
-------------------------------------------------
I need to change that model only when it is necessary. If not, I just proceed with this model.
Surely I can aim for a higher goal. However, as I mentioned yesterday, the idea is to aim for the Bliss Point. That can be achieved through minimum investment and maximum return.
The more time you have the less dependent you are on money. We shall call that the Paradox of Time Affluent.
