 Since I had Nutritional Yeast, I no longer have bubbles in my urine.

This morning's training session was good.  I made a good decision to start the 10 km Training from scratch.  That way I have ample time to tweak my 7 days a week Athlete4Life regimentation.

I think I nailed it.  The only thing I need to remind myself is to not get too ambitious.

The key word is CONSISTENCY.  I need to Sleep Well, Move More, and Eat Right.

The idea here is to minimize uncertainty.  I cannot have FUD.

Thus, everything else being equal, what counts is Health and Happiness.  That's what I should strive for.  Either I move towards growth or I withdraw towards protection.

Since my main focus is Health and Happiness, it is worth my time to develop  a good pair of legs, a set of healthy lungs and a strong heart.

Of all my assets, I abused my lungs the most.  I am making progress since 2019.  Still, it is nothing compared to 40 years of abuse.  Definitely I should not smoke.

Now I need to add no sugar and flour in my list.  This is supposed the year I say no to sugar.  That means I should stop taking 3-in-1 coffee and eat bread.

I can do all these provided I eat OMAD LCHF.

The aim is still 59 kg and 10 km/hour.  That means I need to shave 25 kg of weight.  I cannot do it as long as I take sugar and flour.

Therefore I need to condition myself to live by the alarm.  I should be prompt with my "feet on the ground" command and my Micro Workouts.  To do that I need to sleep by 9:30 pm and wake up at 4:30 am.

This is the life of a Citizen Soldier.  Everything is by the alarm.  It's not every 4 years, it is every day for the next 4 years.

Therefore I follow my cycle like an Olympian.  It  doesn't hurt that I do TWO 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run every time we have the Olympics.  That is to condition my mind to commit to the Athlete4Life Wordsmith lifestyle.

So if my aim is to be faster, stronger and further, then that is where my time and energy should be spent on.

I am so glad I discovered Nutritional Yeast.  That is the answer to my problem with food, fatigue and inflammation.

So nutrition is important.  We are what we eat.  If at the age of 57 years old and with all the knowledge available about nutrition and I still cannot figure out what is best for my body, I am indeed an Educated Fool.
