The emphasis here is on quality.  I want to emphasize the right running technique and speed.

I'll start at 6:00 am instead of 5:30 am.  I just had my breakfast.

Today I am running low on motivation.

Depending on the situation, I might skip the run.

I begin to like running at 5:30 am.  Nowadays starting at 6:00 is considered late.  The irony is, that is the time people start their day.  Here I am quitting even before I even start.

No, I must persist.

I am an Athlete4Life Wordsmith.  I draw my superpower from my morning ritual.  That's when I win the day, the very first thing in the morning.
