I almost forgot I had not been taking the gout medicine for so long. That is proof that we can reverse our sicknesses and cure our bodies.
All it takes is to move from a sickly environment to a healthy environment.
Certainly, we choose the environment for our cells to be in. That is by choosing the food that we consume. The worse offenders are sugar and flour.
I need to break up with sugar and flour as much as I break away from cigarettes and cannabis.
These 3 days are to clean my system from traces of sugar and flour I had been consuming throughout the year even though I said I want 2021 to be the year I break away from sugar and flour. I had barely scratched the surface.
Sugar and flour are the reasons I AM FAT! I have to drum in my head that these are poisons to my cells and microbiome.
I should stick to this game plan:

* Avoid sugar and refined carbs
* Eat a variety of vegetables - prebiotic
* Eat fermented vegetable and food [Apple Cider Vinegar]
* Healthy fats [butter in my case]
* High-quality protein for "bug growth"

I made a good decision with my exercise routine. The most significant improvement I did this year is I run the sprint. Nothing beats the sprint.
It is also a good decision for me to follow the koan of Less is More. For that, I decided to buy a 7.5 kg dumbbell instead of a 10 kg.
After some further inquiry, I decided to go for a 6 kg dumbbell instead. Even that I'll wait until the end of the year.
