For that, I need discipline, persistence, and perseverance.
Athlete4Life lifestyle is a Do. Since I choose that as my way of life, I need dedication and commitment to go through the grind on a daily basis.
Honestly, the grind is bearable. What bugs me is the ability to withstand hunger and the ability to avoid sugar and starch.
Worse, 80% of weight loss is about diet. That is my weakest point, food.
While eating right is an ongoing effort, I need to be on target with sleep well and move more.
Oh yeah, Sarah. The same goes with my effort to establish Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss.
Thus both are my only key areas of improvement.

The idea here is to live at the Point of Bliss. These experimentations are necessary if I want to proceed with my own Sustainability Model.
So far, the result is encouraging. With minor interventions from External Affairs, I say I am making progress with my Personal Affairs.
At the end of the process, I should be able to come up with a model that works for me.
It should be a balance between minimum investment and maximum return.
Certainly, I had not come up with a unified model yet. The closest was SWEE PAWM. The SWEE part is fine. What I need is to work on the other half.
