12/8/21 ^^^I need to solve the Diet Axiom

I know my real issue.  I got to stop eating sugar and flour.  If I do that, my blood sugar will be very stable.  That's all to it.

Right now, the challenge is to reduce insulin resistance.

Therefore I need to do 7 things:

  1. Eat OMAD LCHF
  2. Exercise AHAD TMEH
  3. Eat Nutritional Yeast
  4. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar
  5. Stop drinking 3-in-1 Coffee
  6. Drink Cold Dark Roast
  7. Stop eating Processed Carbs.
I got to continue doing what works.  Otherwise, 59 kg is just wishful thinking.

Bear in mind, I need to be fat-adapted in 2 weeks for OMAD LCHF to work.

So my issue with External Affairs is very simple, I cap everything by 24/12/24.  That's my closure.

Between now and then it is SWEEDS BEEFYPAN 24/7.  This is my formula for Health and Happiness.  The additional S is Sarah.  The other E is Els. Y is Yati.

OK, I am totally satisfied.

Do you know why I can be so detailed in analyzing anything that crosses my mind?  That's because I have too much time in my hand.

I can afford to let my thoughts wander.

Eventually, I need to come to the point where firm is firm and emptiness is emptiness.

Here is the conclusion: Just BE and you BEcome.

I can be anything I choose to become.

Therefore I will be small and simple.

I just live life as an Athlete4Life Wordsmith.

That is who I really am.

So it is high time for me to discard all thoughts that don't align with that description.

Time to focus on what is useful.  Otherwise, I might go off tangent.
