2/8/21 &&&The Manifestation of an Athlete4Life Wordsmith

 &&&

In the course of my life, I came to many crossroads in progressing from strength to strength.  One of those crossroads is to accept that I am a person who was given the privilege to be a Writer Who Runs.

There is nothing beyond this realization.  As I write I become aware of my thoughts and as I run I am aware of my limitation in becoming a man fully functioning.

There were several conditions that I was exposed to in this process towards my awakening. One was that as a Writer Who Runs, I am driven to write whatever I perceive in my mind.  It is my Inner Master, my Kigatsuku to continuously write.  Not because I am paid to write or it is my vocation that I am obliged to write.  I simply write because I enjoy writing.

The act of writing itself is my greatest joy.  As a writer, I am a creator and not merely a consumer.  I had taken up the persona of Marcus Aurelius.  I had embraced the Stoic Philosophy and at the same time, I decided to pursue a life of Voluntary Simplicity.

Everything should be as simple as possible but not simpler - Einstein.

The life that I choose is a life that I had adapted into.  It is a life of maximum satisfaction with the most optimum use of resources.

Of course, if we have unlimited resources, it is very easy to create maximum satisfaction.  What is more interesting is to achieve that with minimum resources.  Here we are talking about Less is More; by being a Nothing you become Everything.

That is the hypothesis here.  This is the Principle of Minimalism in action.  Keep everything small and simple.

In doing so, I came out with some very basic requirements to be Healthy and Happy.  These are my bare essentials:

  1. Sleep well - We need adequate sleep.  That is the number one requirement for this philosophy.
  2. Wake up very early
  3. Do daily journaling
  4. Exercise one hour every day before sunrise
  5. Drink Cold Dark Roast
  6. Exercise 3 minutes every hour during working hours
  7. Listen to jazz whenever possible
  8. Eat OMAD
  9. Eat nutritional yeast
  10. Eat fish oil
  11. Eat probiotics
  12. Minimize spending
  13. Keep thoughts positive
  14. Love and be loved
  15. Eat butter
  16. Drink apple cider vinegar
  17. Stay away from the masses
  18. Set a low expectation on others
  19. Minimize traveling
  20. Avoid sugar and flour.
I am very sure these are the optimum requirements for Health and Happiness as an Athlete4Life Wordsmith; my ultimate manifestation.
