I started with 83.6 kg this morning. My weight had been creeping back since Ramadan when my lowest point was 77 kg.
I need to become fat-adapted again. I hope this Extended Fast will kickstart my weight loss journey for the month and the remainder of 2021.
I need to maintain OMAD LCHF. Now that I have added arsenal in Nutritional Yeast, I am very confident to get back on track.
Very importantly, I need to break up with Sugar and Flour.

You know, initially, I don't really buy this manifestation idea of yours. But now I'm a believer.
#traxxfm I started to believe in the manifestation when I found out that perception controls biology aka belief controls biology.
In other words, how we perceive our environment influence how the cells in our body behave. So your idea of manifestation holds water.
#traxxfm So it's not another New Age mumbo-jumbo. Our thoughts do influence our cells. We are nothing more than a self-replicating, self-directed, super-intelligent, bio-computer.
What we perceive is what *[what] we manifest.

#traxxfm As it is the main theme of my blogs centers around the idea of managing our perception. There is no Absolute Truth. Whatever we believe is true to us. That then acts as our consciousness; which is the one that endures for eternity.
#traxxfm With that in mind, our job really is to hone our minds to continuously move our bodies toward a positive outcome.
The key is in the moving. Only when we move can we create momentum.
