8/7/21 ^^^Suppose I want to stay in my cocoon, what should I do?

Simple, I just listen to Jazz.

That is the perfect cocoon.  With Jazz, I can then just focus on my inner landscape.  No hurry worry mindset.

I should do that.  Time to break free from being a Servomechanism.  I am a Freestyler once again.

What do I want to achieve?

I want to perfect the lifestyle of Athlete4Life.  Just me, myself, and I.

I don't need to live a life others want me to live.  If I want to live life, I want it to be the life that is mine.

So here it is, after some extensive research, I decided that to live a life worth living, I need to have a sound mind in a sound body.

To do that, I need 3 things:

  • Sleep Well
  • Move More
  • Eat Right
That's all there is to living the Athlete4Life.

Need to keep it as simple as possible.  These are the only 5 variables I need to [] (be) mindful of.

Along the way, I minimize spending.  This is the major flaw of the entire happiness model.  As long as I keep on spending, I am dependent on the extrinsic factors to make me happy.  The key to happiness is Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss.

Let's look at each more closely.  Autonomous Governance means we are independent and yet we are interdependent.  By that, we should be able to remain free from the thinking of the masses.  The best way [d]o (to) describe it is YOU BE YOU and I BE ME.

Simply don't care about what others think or do.  So the best to be autonomous is to stay away from people.  Just mind your own business.

In the case of the Zen of Personal Bliss, do the things that make you happy.  In my case; writing, listening to music, exercising, eating, and sleeping.

This is the pinnacle of my life.  Opt for Voluntary Simplicity.  No point in making life more complex.  Enjoy a fulfilling yet simple life.

I found it.  When you have a sound mind in a sound body, you don't need fancy stuff.  People get into trouble when they become unsatisfied with what they have.

If we are living in gratitude, there is always enough.  There is enough to eat, enough to wear, enough for now, and more importantly, enough until we die.

Sure, if there are excess, we can enjoy the finer things in life.  Even that, not all expensive stuff is worth buying.

I think that is the most valuable lesson on materialism.  Marketers want us to believe we need the stuff.  I have so much stuff, in the end, what counts is back to sound mind and sound body.

My realization now is I don't need to spend a lot of money to be happy.  What I should do is utilize my most abundant resource to generate happiness.  That is to spend my time towards attaining a sound mind and a sound body.

So what is my purpose then?  If it is about social acceptance, I will be in big trouble.  I will be dependent on external factors to be happy.

What I should do is look within myself.  If I do that, it doesn't take much to be happy.
