18/7/21 ***Enough rest days, time to get back on my feet

 I had been relaxed for two weeks already.  Time to buck up.

First on the agenda is to sleep early.

Then I need to exercise again.

I lost the momentum mainly because I cannot sleep on time.

Let's start with good sleep hygiene.

I will be spending less time writing from here on.

I enjoy conversing with Big I nowadays.
