Very well this is still not the time to sleep at 9:30 pm. Because of that I cannot wake up early and exercise.
Nowadays I eat dinner at 8:30 pm instead of the usual 7:30 pm. I still got food in my stomach to sleep that early.
Let's look at our situation objectively. If the Universe Within and the External Universe are linked via oxygen, then it is only fair to say that oxygen is the matter that binds us all.
So I am going to commit blasphemy and say that oxygen and Infinite Intelligence are the same.
Again, I am not saying this from the perspective of Absolute Truth. We had established that there is none.
What I want to propagate here is the idea that oxygen makes us smarter. Hence, in order for us to increase our intelligence, we need to increase our VO2Max.
That is the thought I am having now.
Another alternative is to drink plenty of water.
For a start that is the hypothesis. As I mentioned, I am switching my role from a Visionary Leader to a Project Champion. Therefore while I am still modeling the way through the Athlete4Life lifestyle, I am also establishing the best practices to enable others to act.
What I am saying is the framework that I use to develop the Athlete4Life lifestyle should be used as the best practice by all. Nevertheless, I am not talking about you CLONING my diet and exercise routines.
I want you to develop the attitude of an experimenter. Be your own biohacker. I am still experimenting with my own model. You should be doing the same thing. You should come up with your own models.
The framework is the Scientific Method:
I want to create a community of experimenters who keep on challenging the process. Then only this model becomes a living doctrine:
If you notice, this model keeps on popping up as we focus on the different profiles.
I don't want to create clones. Then it becomes a cult much like what is happening to the Stone Worshipers. A mark of a cult is when the followers blindly abide by the teachings without questioning the practicality of the lessons.
So my Athlete4Life template is meant for me. It is a living doctrine. I will keep tweaking it until I have something I can stick to for the next 20 years.

The pilot failed to convince him, flew away.
Eventually, the water raised above the roof and drowned the pious man.
He died and met God.
He was baffled, "I prayed so hard for you to save me, why didn't you answer my prayers?"
God replied, "I did, I sent a boat and a helicopter, didn't I?"
