26/7/21 ***Focusing on the now

 The thought that comes to me is kindness, compassion, and gratitude.

I need to be magnanimous.  

But first I need to be healthy.  Nothing happens unless I am healthy.

I am thinking of having a nice breakfast but as I observed these past few days, carbs make me depressed.

So I'm going to practice OMAD today.

Fasting is about being right:

* Increase HGH

* Increase BDNF

* Increase autophagy - improve the immune system

* Decrease cholesterol

* Decrease blood pressure

* Reduce blood sugar

* Reduce sugar craving

* LOSE WEIGHT

* Sleep better 

I have to move away from being carbs adapted to being fat adapted.

If I want to win the day I need to win S.W.E.E.

That's all to it.  My objective is to Sleep Well, Move More, and Eat Right.

If I achieve all three, I will be moving in the right direction.

Therefore, the basis of health and happiness is to sleep, move, and eat.

Sleep is the most important factor here.  Without the ability to sleep early and wake up early I cannot exercise on time and refrain from eating carbs.

In applying Voluntary Simplicity, I need to remind myself that less is more.

I'm not going to spend my life preaching to others what I uncovered.

I just take care of my end of the deal.  My priority is to delight my Universe Within.

Looks like the best way to deal with it is by enforcing the 3 conditions to myself.

I am not here to change the world.  I am to change myself against the world.
