Today is the end of my one-week rest. Time to get back into the groove once again.
It was a good rest. I managed to relax a bit and get rid of the left neck pain. It also allows me to reevaluate my routine. Definitely, it makes me realize that I need to take it easy with lifting weights.
There are four opposing forces at play here:
- The runs
- The kettlebell
- The food intake
- The sleep
Each is a polarity on its own. Hence I need to balance my life schedule to fit all four. What do I want to achieve? I want a peak health state and at the same time progressing from strength to strength.
The challenge at present is to fit in all four and at the same time be good in all areas.
This one week is a good rest. I don't need to feel guilty about it.
With this Enhanced Movement Control Order, we are not supposed to exercise outside our home. So I need to ADAPT to the changes.
I think I'll do it anyway. I'll go out at 5:30 am and be back home by 6:30 am. I don't think the enforcement officers are up that early. Otherwise, this regulation really upset my routine. Stupid regulation.

I bought 2 1999 Susan B. Anthony Silver Dollar last night. It is a marker for me - the beginning of Out of the Many, One. I bought 2 so that I can give one to Mopey.
Interestingly the price is RM54.45 a 9:9. Both Mopey and I were born in September. Therefore we are both the Niners.
I may just keep both to myself to remind me of 1999, the beginning of the Cyborg War, and the year Mopey was born. Even if I give it to her, it will be on her 24th birthday. I let the coin decide.
Oh... The coin decides for me to give it now.
What is the significance of the Silver Dollar?

The coin is really about Mopey. She is the One.
What meaning I want to create, really? My thought when I bought them was I wanted to create a special bond with Mopey. At the same time, I want her to realize that out of the many, she is the One.
There is another meaning I can associate with it - from the many various profiles of humans, we become ONE.
Or I keep both for myself and display them side by side. It is more meaningful that way.
I keep the coins and the meaning to myself. Mopey is fine without a symbol to give meaning to her life right now. I think I keep the pair to myself.
They are more meaningful as a pair than they are separate.
More practical when I display them.
They are more meaningful to me than they are to Mopey. I'll keep them to myself.

When I can spend money on novelty items like vintage comics and collector's coins, that is a sign that I am already in indulgence mode.
I think this is the highlight of my lust for acquisition. Beyond this, I just invest in things that improve my health and well-being.
No need to indulge in novelty items. So the coins are the end of my non-health-related purchases.
Back to what matters, supplements and running shoes.
My last significant purchase will be the 10 kg dumbbell.

Well in my case, I am using only two tracks - Heaven by DJ Sammy featuring Yanou;
And Canon in D unaccompanied piano.
I'm putting my time at a constant. I am in heaven, therefore my time is eternity. So I have two modes. Heaven is for fast and Canon in D for slow.
There is a third variation which is Jazz.
Yes, Jazz is the staple diet here. It is the signal that I had arrived. No need to thrive, just flourish.
