I woke up at 1:00 pm and had lunch. No exercise whatsoever.
Just simply rest. The left of my neck still hurts. So I take it easy today.
Starting tomorrow, I will observe OMAD LCHF again.
That is the only way I can keep on reducing weight.
The expense is, I will not be able to do rigorous exercise 7 days a week.
