That's it. In whatever I do I have to keep on moving. Even when it comes to acting on my thoughts. I have to move.
I don't dwell in the past and I don't ponder about the future. I live in the present.
My present is today. What I achieve today determines my tomorrow. Just focus within 24 hours.
I had been to the future and I had been toggling between the past, present, and future. Now is to settle at the midpoint.
Back to the daily grind.
I had lived my life forward. It's time to step back and pace myself.

In view of the development I made today, I decided to practice OMAD. I will also start doing my hourly workouts again.
I have to keep on moving on the right track if I want to reach my destination to be thin and fast.
This is the only way forward.
Whatever thoughts before this are all the thoughts in the past. I have to pay attention to the now.
