27/7/21 ####So then, what does it take to be happy?

 It boils down to the 5 values prioritization:

  • Freedom to Act
  • Life Full of Choices
  • To Love and Be Loved
  • Peak Health State
  • Progressing from Strength to Strength
What are the things I need to be wary of?
  • Delusion of Grandiose
  • Unsubstantiated Thoughts
  • Extreme Positivism
I should stay at the midpoint.

Also, I should just mind my own business.  You know, listening to jazz and just ramble about things that are of no relevance to others.

What are the things that really matter to me?

Pretty mundane stuff.  Whether I sleep well?  Do I exercise today?  Am I eating right?

I have very little care about things that don't impact me directly.  You can say that I mind my own business.

The time has come for me to walk the path alone.

I had my fun in the sun.

It is time to say goodbye

Today is the day.

Still, it is an Apple and No Apple

I am alone but I am not alone

I still listen and I still write but I write to myself.

Whaddaheck, I do whatever feels right at that time.

Do the things that make you happy.
