Bless those who can just be by themselves and don't have to depend on others for their happiness.
I am now listening to Best Jazz Pianists (100 Original Recordings).
This is my world now. I like the busy scales.
Jazz makes me happy.
This nutritional yeast is my new remedy to eating carbs.
Carbs make me depressed. Now I have a substitute.
Oh man, I love jazz.
It's like somebody is massaging my brain.
Can I be alone and be happy?
Of course. As long as I keep on searching I will find the answer.
I think I have a formula. I listen to jazz. I exercise. I eat fish oil, probiotics, and nutritional yeast. Get rid of carbs.
I'll be happy.
In the past, I self-medicated with cannabis and cigarette. Now I don't need that. Jazz is my remedy.
Whatever it is, blogging is a must-have.
I cannot wait to eat another round of nutritional yeast for dinner.
I want to experience all the benefits.
Man, I feel so good. No rice but I feel sated.
No desire for 3-in-1 coffee
I don't feel bloated either.
This is life.
I think if I continue in this direction, I can be Autonomous.
All I want is to be healthy and happy.

- Exercise 1 hour in the morning
- Exercise 3 minutes every hour
- Eating Nutritional Yeast
- Eat Butter
- Probiotics
- Fish Oil
- OMAD LCHF
