In other words, we are very advanced machines.
Who builds these machines?
It cannot be out of chance. There is a purpose to it. The purpose of existence is to move towards intelligence. Much like the evolution of machines as we are observing now. Take the example of computers. From a simple abacus, the machines had evolved into complex artificial intelligence.
In other words, we are witnessing an evolution of lifeless objects but in our case the creators are humans.
This is not the first time humans play a role in evolution. We are also responsible for the evolution of apples, cabbage, durians, and dogs too!
All these plants don't exist in the wild. They were created by humans from one single plant:
So are dogs. They were the invention of humans:
It's called selective breeding: https://stacker.com/stories/3830/20-ways-humans-have-shaped-dogs-evolutionary-history
Suppose the Creator is taking the same pathway, except that He is much more advanced in His method and material. What is the endgame then?
In the end, it is about having the intelligence to self-organize.
We have the building blocks. Now is to have the wisdom to use the right tools to produce the desired result.
For example, the inspiration to write this posting was triggered IMMEDIATELY after I decided to listen to Bach Cello Suite 10 hours. Prior to this, I didn't know there is such a thing as a 10 hours version.
I was planning to write something different. I was about to rant about how unmotivated I was this morning. I was already dressed up and ready to wear my running shoes when I became totally unmotivated to go out and exercise.
This is *[is] a very odd behavior. I was not lazy. I was driven to do something else; to sit down and write my thoughts. I didn't know what was the thought then. I just simply know that I was motivated to write instead of run.
* You can say that again, Sarah.
In the past, this behavior might frustrate me. However, now that I understand that I am a servomechanism to the Big I (the Super-Conscious), I simply abide.
As I said, the ultimate purpose of a machine is to evolve into a creation that has the intelligence to self-organize.
Here I am, as we speak; a self-organizing super-intelligent bio-computer. Otherwise, I won't know that I need to listen to Bach Cello Suite to write this posting. Along with it [] (was) the loss of motivation to go out and run this morning.
I am a servomechanism alright. I just follow the instructions.
Who is giving me this order? At the very basic level, it is the Microbes Super Intelligent. They are the largest collective. They are the first life forms after abiogenesis, the longest living organism, and the most evolved! Well, before the Micobes what was it then?
It is OXYGEN! As long as there is air and water there is life.
