I'm still having trouble sleeping on time. So naturally I slept late last night. As a result I was very sleepy the whole day today.
I need to fight SSIDSLIP this whole week. I need to get back on track with my daily routine. The key is to continue with OMAD.
Sugar is still a major concern.
The real challenge is to establish a routine for me to have strength and energy to exercise.
My biggest issue is still eating too many carbs.
I need to stick to the fundamentals. It has to start with a good night sleep. For that I need to get going with my exercise routines.
I am taking a back seat with my External Affairs. All had been said and done.
Now is to focus on Private Affairs. Basically I need to stay on track. I realize that as long as I go easy on the weights, I should be able to manage the routines.

One thing for sure, I need discipline. It is not a bed of roses. For one, I need to refrain from drinking 3-in-1 coffee. That seemed to be the biggest challenge for me.
Food is certainly the issue here. The remedy is black coffee.
