24/9/21 ###I think I can get used to living this kind of lifestyle

 As long as I sleep well, move more, and eat right, I am on the way to health and happiness.

What I need to do is train myself to be thin and fast.  As far as running fast and far, I just utilize the BU 2 roads.  I am thinking of using the two loops.  Maybe not.  

If I want to establish a routine, I just run the current loop.  There is no distraction.

I like an orderly life.  I sleep on time, I wake up on time.  I win the day first thing in the morning.

As it is, this is Bliss Point.

Best of all, I don't need to deal with people.

Also, I don't need to spend money.

So, this is the life I choose to live.  A life of contentment.

I really like the feeling of running very early in the morning.  It makes me feel good.  No distraction, no people, no traffic.

Perhaps 10 km is a good distance.  Maybe max I'll do a 15 km.  I don't really know.

I think 10 km is 1 hour 15 minutes.  I think that is a good distance and duration.  If I want more I'll do 15 km but I'll do it every other week.

Hmmm...  No 15 km in the Garmin watch.

OK, I'll stay with the F.I.R.S.T. routine.  That is good enough.

I need to challenge myself.  It will be nice to do 11 km Hill every week.  That is a worthy effort.

The idea is to be self-sustaining.

If I can create a self-sustaining lifestyle, I can get off the grid by 2024.

Why wait?  Let's start to minimize interaction beginning now.
