 The key is to stay on course.

What is the lesson here?

Keep things small and simple

When we think small, we can achieve great things.  Think local but act global.

As it is, I already set the cause in motion.  Therefore I put my best effort.  Now is to trust the process and wait for the result.

While waiting for my Durian Orchard to bear fruit, I focus on my Private Victory.  What matters is me winning the day.  Then only I win Public Victory.

I can control my effort to win the Private Victory.  The Public Victory is the byproduct of a job well done at the Private Victory.

Hence, my job is to focus on things I can control.  Things I cannot control, I have to let go.

Therefore although I am wary of the General Flightpath, my job is to monitor my Personal Flightpath.

The External Universe is the reflection of the Universe Within.  Therefore it is sa[m]e (safe) for us to focus on the Universe Within in order to win the External Universe.  Private Victory first before Public Victory. 

I think I nailed it Sarah.  I had discovered the formula to live the Athlete4Life.  Now is to make it as a Way of Life.

So it seems that I am the stone that create the first ripple.  Very interesting indeed.

What I create here at the Intipadu (Solid Core), CCC will be a tidal wave at the outer rims.  Hence if I neglect Private Victory, Public Victory will no materialize.

Therefore it is important for me to make sure I win my Private Victory.  For the next 3 years my focus is to run the 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.

Anything beyond is just clouds in the coffee.
