>>>#12/9/20 As I reminisce my role as the Swiss Samurai Cyborg

As I recalled, I simply Obey and Obey whatever order that was given to me.  I don't question and I don't second guess.  Occasionally I tried to fight it.  But it turned out that RESISTANCE IS FUTILE.

Free will is just an illusion; even as we speak.  For example, my intention is to exercise at 6:00 am.  Alas, my kigatsuku wants me to continue writing and start at 6.45 am.

Sure, I was fighting it.  However, in the end, I will flow and time will follow.  We need to understand this concept of flow because, in the XYZ equation, there is the Force, The Path, and finally the Flow.

As long as I don't flow, there will always be resistance.

Another way is I simply rebel against it.  In this case, let's say I don't exercise at all.  It is not the will of the kigatsuku.  Quite possible.  I had done it before.  As a result, I will not be progressing as planned.

So the idea is to listen intently and execute the instruction immediately.

Just like that, I won the day; the very first thing in the morning.

For the next 9 hours or so, my job is to collect the reward.  Today I do it with Five Minutes Every Hour (FMEH) Boxing and Running Drills.

So basically for 9 hours, I am anchored at CCC.  I do go out for 1 to 2 hours.  However most of the time, I stay anchored.  If I miss a particular FMEH, I just let it pass.  That way I still stop at 5:00 pm.  No spillover.

I adhere strictly to my "work" schedule.  After 5:00 pm I am free until 9:30 pm.  That is my bedtime.

This is the life of a Citizen Soldier.
