In my case, I am offering Health and Happiness. I am taking the leadership role here.
My service is the life of Athlete4Life.
I am modeling the way by being the n=1 in this whole experiment.
What is the prerequisite? None other than a Sound Mind in a Sound Body.
So, if I concentrate on [] (the) path of Athlete4Life, in the end, I get to be Healthy and Happy.

Every Christmas for the next 3 Christmas do the Kaifiyat Syafaat Sharudin at CCC.
For the Statue of David 2022 just do Bandar Utama 10 km Loop.
Maintain 10 km throughout your whole life but do it on weekly basis.
Be consistent and aim to hit 10 km/hour
Although I have a different plan, I Obey and Obey 7:7 because I represent a collective. This variation suites everybody.
