 I have until 21/10/21 to pursue no Sugar and Flour.

My challenge is still hunger.  So when I am hungry, what do I eat?  None other than bread.

This is an uphill battle but I need to persist.

As long as I am consistent with my workouts, I am on the right track.

Never give up.

There is no shortcut.

I have to do it over and over again without losing enthusiasm.

The idea is to be thin and fast so that I can be faster, stronger, and further.

My biggest challenge is hunger.

Since I have to eat, then the only way around it is to exercise regularly.
