14/9/21 ^^^“I am no longer concerned with good and evil. What concerns me is whether my offering will be acceptable.” - Robert Frost

That's the way it is.  At the end of the day, we serve our Inner Master.

I can only say that I do my level best at a given time.  Only I know the truth.

At any given time, only I can tell if I had put in an all-out effort.

It applies to everything.  From a Sprint to a Micro Workout, I am my own arbiter.

It will be nice to create a masterpiece on a daily basis.  However, it is not possible to be at our level best every day.

Therefore there are days that I am Icarus and there are days I am Sisyphus.  What do both have in common?  They are both biased for action.  In the end, it is Acta Non Verba.

Just like this quote:

“Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up, it knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.”
