When you[] body is in motion, you experience the unsurpassed feeling of Biology Bliss. All it takes is to move 1 minute every hour. I decided to rev it to 5 minutes because I am incorporating weight complex and stretching as well.
What are 5 minutes compared to 1 hour?
Furthermore, Micro Workouts suits me. I don't need special attire and I don't sweat that much. The idea is to keep on moving regularly the entire day.
I personally think that Micro Workout is my best discovery for 2021.
As I mentioned, I win the day with my An Hour a Day (AHAD) exercise the very first thing in the morning. The Five Minutes Every Hour (FMEH) Micro Workout is when I collect the reward. In between are my working hours.
By enforcing this regimentation, I establish my Work Culture. I do not work beyond 5:00 pm.
There used to be a time when I worked 16 hours a day; accompanied by 2 packs of cigarettes.
Throughout the years, I got wiser. Not only that, when I finally quit cigarettes, I basically regained back control of my life.
Thus, in between sleeping well, moving more, and eating right, I had reached my Bliss Point
When I talk about my Bliss Point, I am talking about maximum return with minimum investment. Beyond Bliss Point is the Point of Diminishing [Diminishing] Return.
Therefore having more money for example is a Point of Diminishing Return because having more money does not contribute to me having quality time for my AHAD and FMEH.
On the flip side, do note that you don't need a lot of money to attain the Bliss Point. All you need is to sleep well, move more and eat right.
That is why even with RM97 million, I will not deviate much from my current routine. I already perfected my model. Now is to live the life of the Athlete4Life.
